Description
The workshop is divided into 3-step process: (1) pre workshop workbook, (2) workshop and (3) presentation (with written report).
Step 1 – Pre-workshop workbook
We provide the customer with a series of questions and requirements that must be talk-about and thought through before we conduct a workshop. The goal of this step is to have the customer project team internally discuss the goals and requirements of the project.
Step 2 - Workshop
The goal of the workshop is to collect and (initially) define the knowledge management framework a customer is interested in implementing. The framework consists the content mapping, user/role definition, data source definition, user interface, accessibility and security.
The workshop begins with an overview of portals then is followed by an UltraVision led discussion to identify objectives, goals and requirements for your KM project. We will focus is on the following area:
· Define Goals and objectives
· Define requirements
· Provide architectural options
· Define (initial) data sources
· Define (initial) content management requirements
· Define access and security Requirements
Step 3 – Presentation
In this step, we will present the customer with the results the workshop. Included in this will be a written report.
Duration
2 days at customer site for workshop and follow up presentation.
Deliverables
Requirements document that describes project objectives, goals, architectural option, and initial description of data source, initial content management requirements, access requirements and security. |
